How to Use:

1. Connect the pressinta to the buckle on the armband.
2. Position the shoulder pad on the shoulder.
3. Pull the long webbing under your other arm, pass it through the buckle, and then pull it on the other side of the buckle.
4. Attach the hook and loop, making sure the fit is snug and secure.

Observations and Care:

• The shoulder pad can also be used as a compression sling.
• Do not use at high temperatures for more than 5 minutes to avoid burns.
• Pay attention to the temperature range as per your needs. It is not recommended to use the highest temperature (red light) for long periods. The most suitable temperature is white light.
• Shoulder braces are only useful aids and do not constitute a method of treatment or cure.
• It is recommended to use the shoulder pad over a t-shirt or fabric to avoid burns. Skin redness is normal during heat therapy.
• Not recommended for pregnant women and children.
• The adapter must be protected against contact with water during operation. Use it in a completely dry state.
