OBJECT

This document regulates the terms and conditions under which the User contracts the products and/or services offered on our Platform, constituting the basic document that will govern the relationship between the User and the service provider.

It is essential to read and understand these terms and conditions before making a purchase. If you do not, please do not tick the box to accept the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The provider will not be responsible for any interruption in the access, functioning and operability of the website, as long as this is due to unpredictable causes or force majeure, including, but not limited to, governmental action, fire, natural disasters, insurrection, technical failure, riot , explosion, terrorist action, legal strike, errors in telematic networks or any other circumstance that is beyond the control of the provider.

The provider undertakes to ensure that the content, data or information relating to the products or services offered on its website are reliable, and is responsible for the advertised prices and features. However, it will not be responsible for any information that has been entered or displayed by third parties other than the provider.

The provider focuses solely on the sale of products available through the website. All available products have their corresponding factory warranty, as well as return periods legally established by the provider.

This merchant does not permit any transactions that are illegal, or that may be considered illegal by the credit card brands or acquiring bank, that may or have the potential to harm their goodwill or influence them negatively. The following activities are prohibited under card brand programs: the sale or offering of a product or service that does not fully comply with all laws applicable to the Purchaser, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder or Cards.

The purchase of products and services on our Platforms is reserved for people of legal age (+ 18 years old). To avoid hiring minors, we limit user registration by date of birth, with the user being responsible for the veracity of the data provided. In the event of false information and access to our Platform by minors, the minor's legal representatives will be responsible for any damages that may occur.

PRODUCTS ON SALE

These general terms and conditions apply to contracts for the sale of products offered on the website www.esplendor.pt/ . All promotional products are new, with original packaging or seal and subject to the following terms and conditions.

Gift cards are governed by their own terms and conditions, available in the same product information.

PRICES

The prices of the products will be those stipulated at any time on our Platform and will be expressed in the euro currency (EUR).

The prices indicated on the products include Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable. In the "Shopping cart" section, you can see the price breakdown of the selected products, including shipping costs, the total price of the products without VAT, the total VAT and the total purchase price.

Prices do not include shipping costs or any additional services for the purchased product.

The price of the product, applicable taxes and shipping costs will be detailed at the time of purchase, so that the exact amount corresponding to each item can be known.

Any changes to prices will not affect orders already placed by the customer.

The sale of products online and in physical stores are independent sales channels, so the prices presented on this website, as well as on social networks, applications or any other digital media directly used by Perfumarias Primor, which contain information or promotions associated with the products of the our catalogue, do not necessarily correspond to or are equivalent to the prices in physical stores.
Without excluding the possibility of promotions, offers or distribution of products that may maintain price parity, this relationship will in no case be considered a fixed or binding commercial reference.

Esplendor.pt is not responsible under any circumstances for prices, offers and promotions displayed in third-party media, as well as on social media profiles outside of our verified channels and profiles.

Electronic invoice: the customer expressly authorizes us to issue the invoice for the purchase in electronic format. However, at any time, you can express your wish to receive such an invoice free of charge in paper format, for which you simply need to inform our customer support department through the contact methods provided on our website.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

If any of these terms are considered void or unenforceable, this provision will be considered null and void and will not affect the validity of the other provisions.

It should be noted that there is a European platform for the online extrajudicial resolution of disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from sales or service provision contracts concluded online between a consumer and a professional resident in the European Union, through the intervention of a body alternative dispute resolution.

BUYING PROCESS

The purchasing process is simple and can be done with any device with Internet access. The following steps must be followed to complete the purchase:

Select products: You can browse our platform and select the products you want without having to register.

1. Select the product and click on the 'Add to Cart' button. The selected products are added to the shopping cart (accessible in the top right corner of the website).

You can go directly to the shopping cart (in the top right corner of the website) and click 'Continue' to continue the purchasing process.

2. Shopping cart : in the shopping cart, you can view the selected products, add or delete the units in question and see the breakdown of the total price of the order (including shipping costs, VAT breakdown and any applicable discounts).
3. Login to your account: Before choosing your payment method, you must enter your registration details (email and password). Or, if you do not yet have an account on our Platform, you can register by clicking "Create new account". Fill out the form and click "Create new account".
4. Accept the terms of service : our privacy policy and general terms and conditions. Remember that you will not be able to choose a payment method until you have accepted these conditions.
5. Select a payment method : You can pay by credit card, ATM and PayPal. If you have selected payment by credit card, this will be made through the Paycomet payment gateway. In case of payment by other means, payment must be made as indicated. All information about the payment method can be found in the following section.
6. Order confirmation : Once payment has been made, you will receive an email with all the information about your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please check your 'junk mail' or 'spam' folder as it may have been detected as spam. If you don't see it there, please inform Customer Service as quickly as possible to deal with the incidence.

We would like to inform you that the purchases you make will be recorded in a file for the purpose of verifying purchases, payment status and managing product deliveries.

To check the orders you have placed, you can access the list of all your orders through the "My orders" section where, after logging in, you can see the order number, date, amount and order status.
