Return Period: 14 Days

Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days from the moment you receive the product. After this period, unfortunately, it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.


Exchanges or Refunds for Defects

In the event that an item presents a manufacturing defect, damage or signs of poor handling during transport by the carrier, we undertake to resolve the situation quickly and effectively. Offering the solution that best suits you, whether through a refund or exchange for another identical item.


Instructions for Replacements or Refunds for Defects

If you need a replacement for the same item or a refund, simply notify us via email info@esplendor.pt . As soon as we receive your contact, we will contact you as quickly as possible to coordinate the entire process efficiently.


Return Conditions:

For a product to be eligible for return, it must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and must be in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items:

Some items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable products.
  • Newspapers, magazines.
  • Intimate products.
  • Hazardous Material.
  • Flammable liquids.

Additional Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards.

Partial Refunds:

There are situations in which only partial refunds are granted:

  • If a product is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts, this is not due to any error on our part.
  • If a product is returned after 14 days of delivery.

Refund Process:

After we receive the returned product and check its condition, we will contact you to notify you of receipt. We will also inform you whether the refund was approved or rejected. If approved, we will issue the refund as quickly as possible, which will be automatically credited to your credit card or the payment method used for the purchase, within a few days.


Promotional Goods:

Items on sale may be refunded, as long as they are for the price for which they were originally purchased.


Shipping Cost:

If you wish to make a return without a specific justification, please contact our team via email info@esplendor.pt . We would like to remind you that, in this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. It is important to note that shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the amount corresponding to return shipping will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

For products worth more than €75, we recommend considering the possibility of hiring a shipping service with tracking or insurance. It is important to bear in mind that we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item without using one of these services.
